Everything looks to have turned out wonderfully. :) I have to admit, I would NEVER use that much butter on my bread, though. hahaha! That's just me........afraid of butter.
It actually calls for a lot more meat than I put in. As it was I think I had around 2 pounds in there or something. I simplified mine and just used 2 kinds--polish sausage and ham.
