Wild Violets #3

Here’s a recipe I came up with to use some leftover violets(from making vinegar). :)

Serves 1 as a meal, or 2-4 as part of a meal.

Combine:

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup shredded chicken

2-3 tsp. dill

7 leaves purple(or regular) basil, torn

2-3 Tbsp. sour cream

Spoon onto greens. Top with freshly ground black pepper and dot with violets. :)
