Recipe for Finger Sandwiches (Pg.56):
12 thin slices French bread (I used Wheat&Rye)
1 3-oz. container whipped cream cheese with chives
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 to 6 precooked shrimp
4 cherry tomatoes
4 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1. Trim crusts from bread.
2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on bread.
3. Garnish with cucmber slices, shrimp, cherry tomatoes,
and/or olives
